When you check out, you'll be given shipping options from both UPS and USPS so that you can choose the method that's best for you. We try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while still ensuring that your package will arrive safe and sound.
We also know you're anxious to receive your order, and will get it out as soon as possible once it's placed. We'll also keep in touch with you every step of the way so that you'll always be aware of your order's current status.
We currently offer automatic shipping for orders to Canada and the U.S. only. If you live outside of North America, we are still happy to ship to you. Just call to place your order and receive an actual shipping quote.
We want you to be happy! If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 21 days of receipt. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number in order to help your transaction run more smoothly; items sent back without a Return Authorization may be refused. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Items showing evidence of wear or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. Send items prepaid and packaged securely. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Once we have received the return item, we will issue you a refund and notify you of the transaction.
